Demon Slayer Season 3: The manga series Demon Slayer is written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. On April 6, 2019, the second season of an anime adaptation premiered and was recently concluded. Here’s everything we know about Demon Slayer season 3 now that the second season is ended.

Demon Slayer Season 3 has been announced, and there’s already a lot of material available.

We now know who will feature in the new season and which manga chapters will be adapted. Not only that, but we now have an official title for the third season of Demon Slayer: the Swordsmith Village arc, which corresponds to the first teaser.

What is Demon Slayer All About?

Demon Slayer Season 3

Kimetsu No Yaiba is a shonen manga from Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump, written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It’s one of the most popular games in recent memory, and it’s been at the top of the charts for months. In a short period, it has earned worldwide acclaim.

Remember that the Mugen Train Arc took up a significant season 2. However, we had previously seen and loved that during the film. Despite the additional scenes, the anime didn’t feel very new.

However, the Entertainment District arc was fantastic, and we’re looking forward to seeing more.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Plot

Season 2 left us feeling a little disappointed. And none of this has anything to do with the show’s quality.

It was a modest show, with only 18 episodes. As a result, we expect to see Tanjiro and Nezuko in the upcoming season.

Demon Slayer Season 3

In the season 2 conclusion, Gyuutarou and Daki were killed in a brutal struggle with Tanjirou and his sidekicks. While the Demon Slayers triumph, Nezuko’s incredible knowledge of Blood Demon Art saves Uzui and Inosuke.

Hashira decides to retire due to his injuries from the Sound, knowing that he would be ineffective in a fight. Muzan Kibutsuji calls Akaza to the Infinity Castle, maybe with the help of other Upper-Rank Demons.

After recognizing his blade has to be repaired, Tanjirou Kamado will head to the Swordsmith Village in Demon Slayer Season 3, searching for another Nichirin Sword. Still, Hotaru Haganezuka is unlikely to go through the same trauma. He will meet the admiration of Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji and the fog Hashira Muichiro Tokito in a healing natural aquifer.

He’ll look for a mystery 300-year-old sword while preparing, but dark forces will ambush the Demon Slayer and the residents of Swordsmith Village. Upper-Rank Five Gyokko and Upper-Rank Four Hantengu assaulted the settlement soon after he arrived.

When Nezuko, Tanjirou, Missouri, and Genya fight Hantengu, Muichiro’s life is compromised.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Cast

The Swordsmith Village arc cast will include Nezuko (Akari Kitou), Tanjiro (Natsuki Hanae), Inosuke (Yoshitsugu Matsuoka), and Zenitsu (Hiro Shimono).

Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanoji and Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito, two characters we’ve already seen in the series, will be joining them.

Expect to see more Hashiras and members of the Twelve Upper Moons/Twelve Kibuki in future seasons.

The film will be directed by Haruo Satozaki, with Akira Matsushima handling the character design.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Release Date

There’s nothing official yet, but Demon Slayer Season 3 is set to premiere in 2023. We had anticipated that Fall 2022 would be a distinct possibility, but in the COVID age, that would be nearly impossible to achieve.

If that’s the case, a Spring 2023 release (about April 2023) or a Fall 2023 release (September-October 2023) are all possibilities.

Ufotable, the animation studio behind the series, is noted for its consistency.

Demon Slayer was released in the fall of 2019, while Mugen Train will be released in the fall of 2020 in Japan. In Fall 2021, the Mugen Train recap arc for Demon Slayer premiered on television. Demon Slayer’s series of consecutive Fall premieres may end, but if anyone can do the impossible, it’s Ufotable.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Trailer

We know you’ve discovered everything there is to know about Demon Slayer season 3, so you’ve probably figured out that there won’t be a trailer.

This is simply because a third season trailer is still too early; the season has only recently begun filming. As a result, we’ll have to wait until the third season is confirmed before viewing a teaser.

Demon Slayer’s renewal was a foregone conclusion, as we previously indicated, but a trailer is still too early in the production process. The manga’s success and the anime’s status as one of the most popular in the genre’s history almost probably contributed to the renewal.

Unfortunately, we still don’t have any official information on when the new season will be released, so we’ll have to wait longer for the trailer. Nevertheless, we do have an official teaser, which you can check out here:
