Dynasty Season 5 had aired its Christmas special on US TV, but it won’t be on Netflix till late 2022.
The fans have been waiting for the fifth season to be released after binge-watching the four seasons of Dynasty on Netflix.
Although the show had released two Christmas special episodes last Christmas on the CW Network, we won’t be getting any new episodes until March of 2022.

The first season of Dynasty begins with heiress Fallon Carrington unhappy to find her billionaire father Blake engaged to Cristal, a rival employee at the family company.
The Carringtons start planning intrigues against each other to fight for their respective throne in the family. Fallon has been scheming against the separation of his father from Cristal but fails to do so, which leads to her making allies with another former rival employee, Jeff Colby.
From there, the Carrington experience challenges and struggles that they create out of their own.

The Plot of Dynasty Season 5
During the fourth season of Dynasty, the drama of the Carrington clan continues.
Spoiler Alert!
In the last episodes of Season 4, Fallon is shot during a showdown with Eva, her assistant, who spends much of the season trying to pull apart Fallon and Liam. This happened in the middle of a gala that supports the political career, Blake.
From there on, fans wonder if she is dead as the episode faded black.
Although the two Christmas episodes did answer some of the questions left hanging from Season 3, which means Fallon is alive, fans can’t seem to wait for more episodes.
There is still much more to explore about the story of Carrington and which is why Season 5 is much awaited to air.
When is the Release Date of Dynasty Season 5?
The question regarding the official release date of Dynasty Season 5 is quite complicated.
This December 2021, the show has released two episodes for the new season. However, they call it the Christmas Special Episode. The two special episodes did resolve some cliffhangers left from Season 4.
The real deal is, when do we get to watch the whole season?
The series will resume airing Season 5 on March 11, 2022, on The CW. As for Netflix, you’ll get to see it back on the platform a week after it is released in The CW.
Compared to the previous seasons, there will be 22 episodes total for Dynasty Season 5.
Who are the Casts part of Dynasty Season 5?
Although we have seen several changes from Season 1 to Three of the character of Cristal, Dynasty has finally broken their curse.
We are getting back the same actress, Daniella Alonso, who portrayed Cristal in Season 4. Aside from her, we assume that the original casts (Carrington Family) are back for the show.
