HBO’s “Industry” is a raunchy, addictive dramedy that takes some of the most complicated financial concepts, and makes them entertaining to watch. The plot consists of a group of young graduates who have something to prove – no matter what the cost.
Industry season 2 is all about the story of the different industries, and how they are controlled by the global elite. The season starts off with a new show called “Gangster Squad”. The main character is a young and talented cop who is tasked with investigating a murder case which takes place in a “formal” business during the 1920s.
The case takes the detective all over America, and the show goes through a murder case, and the story of how it was solved.
Industry Season 2 Release Date:
The second season has finally started. The series has now finished filming for its second run, with creator and co-showrunner Konrad Kay tweeting on December 7 that the production had ended. There is no confirmed release date for industry season 2, but it will be released in 2022 on HBO Max. The first season of Industry is based on the true story of former FBI undercover agent Richard long, who went undercover for 10 years, infiltrating the biggest drug cartel in Mexico.There is no word on a release date for season 2,

Industry Season 2 Expected Cast:
Season one saw the terrible death of Hari (Nabhaan Rizwan), while Daria (Freya Mavor) and Robert’s (Harry Lawtey) manager Clement (Derek Riddell) are no longer in the Pierpoint picture.
But that doesn’t rule out the possibility of the later two reappearing.
Gus (David Jonsson) was also done with the company after making his pitch to the board, but as Robert’s housemate, we’d expect him (and Robert) to return, along with Harper (Myha’la Herrold), Yasmin, Harper’s manager Eric (Ken Leung), Greg (Ben Lloyd-Hughes), Yasmin’s superiors Kenny (Conor MacNeill) and Hilary (Mark Dexter).
Industry Season 2 Plot:
There are options for all of the graduates in Pierpoint, except for Gus, who is forced to leave at the season’s conclusion. However, there are still concerns that the characters must address.
So when Harper smears Daria to get Eric rehired, it causes a massive fight between Harper and Yasmin. Seb, Yasmin’s ex-boyfriend, has called it quits. Season 2 will continue the tale where Season 1 left off.
During an interview, the show’s creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay discussed the next season. So, they said, the plot might develop in such a way as to shape the characters’ lives over the following four to five years.
The first season Industry was all about “RIF (Reduction in Force) Day.” Still, there was always a feeling that it established a foundation for events that would go beyond that terrifying meeting with management. No one was going to lose their job. Harper has a bright future in the organization, even in her worst times.
There’s a good chancethat the show will return to the company’s highest executives in season two. According to co-creator Konrad Kay, “We have quite a significant plot engine for season 2 concerning the bank higher-ups.” “You get a better feel of such things in the second season when their ties with the top people deepen.”
The program’s makers have said in an interview with Awards Daily in June that they believe the show would be more pleasant if there were “more comprehensible banking narratives” in addition to the stories concerning the bank’s upper management.
Looking back at Season 1, there are many things about the characters and the performances that Kay and the cast are particularly pleased with. When it comes to providing the audience something to hold onto, as Mickey explains, “we’re working harder than ever before.”
Is there a chance that the program may continue for a third season? It all boils down to how long viewers can keep their attention piqued.
During an interview with GQ, Down mentioned that he and Kay want to continue the program for numerous reasons. He says we’d want to make a version of the program that goes on for a long time. It’s not up to us.” In the meanwhile, you’ll have to wait.
The series has a 79 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 33 reviews, and an average rating of 7.77/10. “Though Industry’s societal critiques lean toward the shallow, crisp writing and a terrific cast make it easy to enjoy its soapy workplace drama nevertheless,” according to the website’s critical consensus. [On Metacritic, it has a weighted average score of 69 out of 100, signifying “generally good reviews,” based on 17 reviews. HBO has given it another season.
