The story is about an all-powerful teen, Wang Ling, or ‘the departed one’ in Chinese means hides most of his magical powers to survive within the ordinary world and live a normal life. At the start of the series, Wang tries to stay as emotionless as possible to suppress his powers. If his emotions aren’t in his control, the whole realm could end.
