The Cuphead is Netflix’s new show is an upcoming American-Canadian animated web television series that was created by Chad and Jared Moldenhauer produced by StudioMHR and King Features Syndicate.

Netflix’s Cuphead show released a new trailer ahead of Premiere

Netflix announced that the show’s release date will be on the 18th of February 2022 after years in the making.

Ahead of the premiere, Netflix also released a trailer that stoked the viewers on what it has to offer. Watch the trailer to see how it showcases the commitment of the game’s distinctive and early 20th-century animation styling.

As seen in the trailer, it is obvious that the Cuphead show will be an entertaining ride.  Alongside it, the people who enjoyed the video game might spot a lot of similar and familiar characters as it goes on.  Characters like Cuphead are on the show, together with his brother Mugman, and some game bosses already made their appearance in the trailer. It was also revealed that Ms. Chalice will also be part of it as well.

The Cuphead Show Soon To Premiere On Netflix

The developer of the game, Studio MDHR, first announced that it will be having a program adaption and is currently in the work since 2019. The animation is greatly done and it gives justice to the story plot.

The Netflix Cuphead Show will be released as 12 episodes running 12 minutes each and is described as a “character-driven comedy series”. The storyline starts off with the journey of the main characters in a themed adventure through the Inkwell Isles that will bring them face to face with The Devil himself. As Netflix’s show Cuphead continues to air, it will provide us nostalgic delights and a healthy dose of side-splitting gags.

Creators of the Cuphead Show

As mentioned, the creators of the game, Chad and Jared Moldenhauer will also serve as the executive producers of the program.  Alongside them is the Seasons animation producer Dave Wasson, who also handled Mickey Mouse Shorts together with co-executive producer Cosmo Segurson.

The director of Spongebob SquarePants Adam Palaoian directed the episodes joined by Clay Morrow.

As an animated tv program, the characters of the Netlflix show Cuphead is dubbed by voice actors and actresses, and among them are Tru Valentino as Cuphead, Frank Todaro as Mugman, Like Millington-Drake as The Devil, Wayne Brady as Kind Dice, Grey Griffin as Ms. Chalice. Also among them are Joe Hanna acting as Elder Kettle and lastly, Jim Conroy as Ollie Bulb, Biff and Duke.

Doubtless, the Cuphead Show will be a success once it gets released on Netflix on the 18th of February.
