Raised by Wolves Season 2 is finally happening this 2022 on HBO Max. The show is set to premiere on February 3, 2022, with two episodes. More likely, the upcoming season is to have 8 episodes to complete the series.
Although the first season did not gain major ratings when it premiered on HBO last 2020, this sci-fi show still brought in enough fans to continue with a renewal. It will pick up where the first finale left off and it will show that the second installment is going to be faster and more intense. In short, Raised By Wolves Season 2 is better than the first season despite some pacing issues in the opening episodes.

What to expect?
The filming and production in South Africa of the upcoming installment of the series began on March 8, 2021, and was officially wrapped up by the 15th of August 2021.
Produced by Ridley Scott, Raised by Wolves Season 2 will be set in the 22nd Century where two androids (Mother and Father) are tasked with raising a group of children on an uninhabited planet called Keplar-22b after Earth is ravaged by a war between militant atheists and a religious order known as the Mithraic.
However, navigating this strange new society will only be the start of their troubles as Mother’s “natural child” threatens to drive what little remains of the human race to extinction.
Further, the “natural child” being referred to is most likely the giant levitating space serpent that Mother gives birth to in the first season finale. The producers also teased that we’ll get to know more about the “mysterious voice” and the devolved humans and weird visions from the last episodes in the upcoming installment.
