About The Wolf Among Us
It is an upcoming episodic graphic adventure game being developed and published by Telltale Games with the assistance of AdHoc Studio.
The first part of the game was released years ago and was completed by July 2014.
After that, the creators had thought of doing a second season, but they had already committed to the projects leading to Tales from the Borderlands, Minecraft: Story Mode, and Game of Thrones which delayed the release of The Wolf Among Us 2.
But since Telltale games were aware of the vital interest of players in a second season, they looked for the right time to develop it.
The second season was announced during the July 2017 San Diego Comic-Con. It was initially set to be released officially for the public in 2018 for personal computers, consoles, and mobile devices.
However, Telltale had a majority studio closure in September 2018 due to financial challenges that canceled the creation of The Wolf Among Us 2.
The Wolf Among Us 2: Official Release Date
After a decade, the Fable Mystery Adventure is finally arriving! Although the game was announced to have a second season years ago, the game’s release date is 2023.
In 2018 when Telltale had internal challenges, LCG Entertainment resurrected Telltale the prior year and revitalized the project.

According to the creators, The Wolf Among Us 2 is now in development with AdHoc studio, where previous Telltale employees are employed, including developers from the original The Wolf Among Us.
With this, we expect to see the game released in early 2023, and the players can’t wait!

The trailer gives us a sense of the game’s heavily stylized visuals synth score and introduces us to new characters, including Tin Man and Scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz.
Moreover, the game is set 6 months after the first, where we will see anti-hero Bigby Wolf suspended and in anger management counseling.

Just like the first part of the game series, it is still set on Fabletown in the 1980s where a fictional community of characters from fairy tales moves in and tries to blend with human society.
Again, the game’s main protagonist is the town’s sheriff, Bigby, which is also short for Big Bad Wolf. Indeed, you’re familiar! As seen in the trailer, Bigby takes on a case that spans the everyday world, and he is torn between who he’s going to help.
Although we cannot know the whole story of the game yet, we have to wait till the official release of the game, so we can all try it out and see for ourselves.
