Total War Warhammer 3 is set to release this year. The question is, when exactly will it be released, and to where gaming stores will it be available?
Total War is back once again with Warhammer 3, and this time you must be able to fight against the invading chaos demons as they try to survive. This strategy game will build on the success of the total war series Dating back to 2000. The Total War Warhammer game’s first hit stores back in 2016, and the sequel came out in 2017.
It has been about four years since we last saw a brand new main game in this lineup. This time, developers say that this game will be bigger and better than ever before.
If you have played Total War Warhammers before, you are going to be right at home with this new game. With improved graphics, updated units, and new features, one of the most extensive additions is the new mode called survival which will intensify your gaming skills.
Total War Warhammer 3 Release Date
The big announcement for its official launch will be on February 17, 2022, giving players enough time to ready themselves for the game. It will be available on Microsoft Store, PC Game Pass, and Steam. Unfortunately, it is not available yet on the Epic Store.

What is Total War Warhammer 3 All About
There will be ten legendary lords for the launch. The other nine were announced originally, but an additional lord has been revealed as a secret unlockable Legendary Lord.
The confirmed races for Total War include Kislev, Cathay, the four Chaos factions of Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch with the Legions of Chaos as a fifth Chaos army, Slaanesh, and the Ogre Kingdoms.
The trilogy has to show us the Four factions of Chaos Gods, bashing at the gates in mortal lands from the previously unexplored realms of Kislev and Cathay.
Players will already be treated with plenty of war and sights scenarios different from previous Warhammer games. In the new survival mode, you will fight against wave after wave of attackers, and it will effectively be a high-end tower defense game added to Total War Warhammer 3.
Now, if you love tower defense games and funnelling them through different paths and into various traps, you are going to enjoy that here in this game with brand-new high-end features. But there are also many classic game modes coming back, including settlement battles and a reworked siege mode that will be updated for the new game.
Sadly, we do not know how the new lords will be broken up among the other races. There will also be six races back from the game, and if you are going to pre-order, there will be a brand new race.
Another good news is there will be mod support, so if you are a fan of them, there will be mod support at launch, and multiplayer will be crossing the line.
It does not matter where you buy it since you can play cross store. For people playing in the epic version or on the steam version, the cross store may become a more significant issue on PC as more game stores get traction with origin steam epic and more out there.

The Developer Creative Assembly finally announced that Total War: Warhammer 3 pre-loads will begin next week. Players will now have a couple of days to download the most-awaited strategy game.
If you are wondering how much the game’s file is, Total War: Warhammer 3 will eat up around 120 GB of your hard drive. That is double the size of its predecessor required at launch, making every gamer rejoice for joy at the thought of pre-loading going live two days before its scheduled release date.
The developer also advised the gamers that they have to download at least one more patch before playing to make the launch-day experience as smooth as possible.

The pre-loading of Total War Warhammer 3 will begin on Tuesday, February 15 at 7 AM PT/10 AM ET/3 PM GMT. As mentioned, it will only be available for the Microsoft Store, PC Game Pass, and Steam versions of the game.
