The claim that the US was assisting Ukraine in the assassination of Russian generals was deemed “irresponsible” by the US National Security Council.

“The United States provides battlefield intelligence to assist Ukrainians in defending their country,” NSC spokesperson Adrienne Watson said.

“We do not provide intelligence with the intent of assassinating Russian generals,” according to one source. Thus, US has helped Ukraine.

Vehicles are thought to have broken down, run out of fuel, and become stuck in the mud as a result of poor planning and logistics in the early stages of the campaign. Commanders were pushed to the front lines to solve problems before being killed by Ukrainians.

Low morale, according to Western officials, was the reason for Russian generals being so close to the front in March.

They also stated that Russian communications and logistics could be a problem. This could result in senior Russian officers communicating through unencrypted channels, exposing themselves to Ukrainian forces.
