Vampire Diaries has been one of the best supernatural and horror TV Shows out there. A lot of its views and fans are teenagers or young adults.
The series was developed by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec and first aired on The CW on September 10, 2009. It is based on L.J. Smith’s best-selling novel series of the same name.
Ever since its debut, it has been loved by a lot. Is there a possibility to get Vampire Diaries Season 9?
Vampire Diaries Plot
Vampire Diaries is set in the fictional town of Mystic Falls, Virginia, a town charged with supernatural history.
The series follows the life of Elena Gilbert, a teenage girl who has just lost both parents in a car accident, as she falls in love with a 162-year-old vampire named Stefan Salvatore.
The main character’s relationship becomes increasingly complicated as Stefan’s mysterious older brother Damon Salvatore returns, planning to bring back their past love Katherine Pierce, a vampire who looks exactly like Elena.
The three of them go through a complicated life. Although Damon initially harbors a grudge against his brother for forcing him to become a vampire, he later reconciles with Stefan and falls in love with Elena.
Both vampire brothers attempt to protect Elena as they face various villains and threats to their town, including Katherine.
Vampire Diaries Season 9: Release Date
Season 8 of the Vampire diaries debuted on October 21, 2016, and ended last March 10, 2017, with eight episodes.
However, after the CW renewed the program for its eight-season, the producers confirmed that it would be the last one and not be renewed for a ninth installment.
Sadly, we won’t be getting to see more vampire actions in the upcoming days.
Fans have been sharing their sentiments regarding the cancellation as there were several loose ends and cliffhangers from the last season which were left unanswered.
Yet, they had to bid goodbye to the crowd’s favorite show and its characters.

Vampire Diaries Recap

In a much-appreciated end to Vampire Diaries, Season 8 opened with Damon and Enzo engaging in a time-honored vampire tradition, tricking an unsuspecting pair of young lovers into thinking they hit with their car, then feeding on them when they get out to check on you.
Stefan then tries to CPR her, but it’s not working. And when Caroline’s vampire blood doesn’t work either, we flash to the woods, where Bonnie’s wandering, and there she sees Elena lying.
Back at the bell tower, Damon and Matt show up to stop Vicki from ringing the bell, but as she tells them, there’s nothing they can do. Desperate to disprove that, Damon throws Vicki off the bell tower.
There were a lot of unanswered questions from the last season, which urged fans to ask for another season. However, the producers already announced that Vampire Diaries Season 9 would not happen.
