Who is Matthew Morrison? – Get To Know SYTYCD Judge
Matthew Morrison, 43 years old, is an American actor, dancer, and singer-songwriter. He is best known for being part of the tv show Glee as Will Schuester back in 2009 to 2015.
He first appeared on Late Show with David Letterman and Total Request Live in 1999 as one of the five members of the fictional parody boy band “Fresh Step.”
Morrison has also been part of several Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. He played Link Larkin in Hairspray on Broadway and played the lead role in the Broadway production of Finding Neverland.

Matthew Morrison Axed From So You Think You Can Dance – Dropped Over Inappropriate Relationship
News regarding why Matthew Morrison Axed From So You Think You Can Dance has been making headlines ever since he announced his departure from the season.
The actor allegedly lost his judging gig and Matthew Morrison Axed From So You Think You Can Dance on So You Think You Can Dance because of an inappropriate relationship with a female contestant on the show.
Accordingly, Morrison sent flirty messages to a contestant in SYTYCD, which made her uncomfortable. Sources also tell that although Morrison and the said contestant never met-up off-set, he still sent her DM’s on social media that were crossing the line. “They didn’t have s*x, but he reached out to her through flirty direct messages on social media,” the source continued.
Fox and the show have already provided the contestant with any additional support she needs.
Morrison mentioned in his statement that he left the show because he failed to comply with the competition production protocols. He stated, “Having the opportunity to be a judge on So You Think You Can Dance was an incredible honor for me. Therefore, I regret to inform you that I will be leaving the show.”
The actor was just part of the show for over a month, as the show only started a month ago for Season 17. Joining Matthew as judges were tWitch and Jojo Siwa, and Cat Deely returned as the show’s host.
