However, they decided to cancel the show officially when the Pandemic started caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Sadly, we won’t get to see the series back for another installment with our favorite cast members.
And since it was already set for release back then, they even started filming the pilot episode of Season 4! But then again, because of the several delays caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic, the show did not push through already.
Is there any possibility for it to be back? Let’s wait for more hints and announcements from the creators themselves. However, as of now, the show is already considered officially canceled.
Glow Season 4 Cast
Although the show was already set for Season 4, they decided to cancel it last because of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The cast has also been set already, and they were already paid in full. However, since the Pandemic was unpredictable, they still decided not to proceed with Glow Season 4.
Among the cast who were expected to join Glow Season 4 are:

- Betty Gilpin as Debbie “Liberty Belle” Eagan
- Sydelle Noel as Cherry
- Britney Young as Carmen “Machu Picchu” Wade

Glow Season 4 Expected Plot
Glow focused on Ruth Wilder and the other cast story for the past three seasons.
The series is set in Los Angeles, where Ruth, a struggling actress auditions with other women in a fledgling professional wrestling promotion called the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. Moving forward, the show continued to show the protagonist’s struggles alongside the other cast member on how they go on with their journey.
And just like any other 80’s film, it is combined with diverse casting and perspective plus incredible music, fashion, and of course, fearless social issues!
We were hoping to see all these when it was renewed for a fourth season; however, because of the cast and producers’ decision not to continue the series, we are unsure what was up for Glow Season 4.
Will we ever know soon?
Again, we are still hoping to see Glow Season 4 happen for some questions to be answered. Although it might have been a few years already since Season 3 finished, a lot of fans are still waiting for the creators to decide on season 4 since the pandemic is almost over.
Let’s cross our fingers till the latest announcement on Glow Season 4! Still, don’t get your hopes high.
