Who is Jeff Gladney? – A Rising Star
Jeff Gladney, 25 years of age, is an American professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League for two seasons.
Gladney played college football for the TCU Horned Frogs and stood out among other players. He was a three-star recruit out of high school and chose to play with the Texas Christian University over Northern Illinois and other universities in Texas.
Jeff was named to the Senior Bowl in 2020 after earning his first-team All-Big 12 honors during his senior year in college, right before he was selected and drafted for the NFL. Later on, he was chosen by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
The player also faced controversy after his rookie season for the Minnesota Vikings. He was released because of a domestic abuse case between him and his girlfriend and was not picked up for the 2021 season as the legal issue was still being investigated.

Jeff Gladney Died In Car Accident
Early Monday morning, Jeff Gladney’s agent and the Cardinals confirmed the death of the cornerback player. His agent mentioned during an interview while confirming the player’s death, “We are asking prayers for the family and privacy at this most difficult time.”
Also declared in the car crash was Mercedes Palacios, 26 years old. He family confirmed to the station about her death. Palacios was a passenger in the SUV, with Jeff Gladney.
According to the Dallas Country Sheriff Department, deputies were dispatched to a crash on the westbound Woodall Rodgers Freeway service road near Allen Street. The accident approximately happened at 2:28 A.M.
A white vehicle was overturned in the grassy area, and upon arrival, Dallas Fire-Rescue confirmed that a male and a female had died. The preliminary investigation has indicated that the incident involved two vehicles and that the white vehicle was over speeding.
The white car was caught on camera from the vehicle behind, and the overs speeding caused a loss of control that hit the freeway’s pier beam. The other vehicle’s passengers were not injured.
