What is Misfit of Demon King Academy All About?
The Misfit Of Demon King is a popular action fantasy anime currently.
The anime series is a light novel by series creator Shu and illustrator Yoshinori Shizuma inspired the anime series’ plot.
The full title is Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha ~Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e Kayou~. It is usually shortened to just Maou Gakuin.
The narrative of a Demon Lord who is reincarnated 2000 years into the current world is told in ‘The Misfit Of Demon King.’ The anime’s first season appeared to end on a resounding note.
Fans must have been relieved to know that the story does not finish there.
The plot of Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2
Anos Voldigoad, the Demon Lord, grew so powerful that not even the gods could stop him two thousand years ago. Anos has grown bored after millennia of battle. Finally, he desired for everyone to live in peace. As a result, he signs a peace treaty with Kanon, humanity’s hero.
He makes the ultimate sacrifice for the greater good and reincarnates 2,000 years later. Unfortunately, Anos’ life is being made harder by a new royal teacher named Eldemade Dityjon.
Eldemade unexpectedly proclaims Anos as the Demon King of Tyranny. The new teacher even proves his point by displaying the Zekt contract signed by several demons, including the Seven Elder Demon Emperors.
The story of the Great Spirit arc will explain how 2,000 years ago, the gods took advantage of Hero Kanon’s plan to create the fictional Demon King Avos Dilhevia. The elder god Nousgalia is trying to awaken the God of Destruction, Aberneyu.

Furthermore, the true identity of the phony Demon King Avos Dilhevia is revealed, prompting Anos to look into the matter further.
Anos must journey back in time 2,000 years to unravel the conspiracy devised by the god Nousgalia to find the secret of the Great Spirit’s birth.
The first season ended with Jerga’s loss, paving the path for all races to once again live in harmony. Even though it appears to be a conclusive happy ending, there is still plenty of ground to cover in the upcoming season. Seven of the ten volumes of the light novel series remain to be read.
The second season will most likely adopt volume 4 of the LN series, in which Anos is renamed Demon Lord. However, new adversaries will emerge from within the Demon Academy.

Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2: Characters
The show will return for a second season with a split cast and a new lead voice actor.
One big change to the Japanese voice cast has already occurred before Season 2. Yuichiro Umehara succeeded Tatsuhisa Suzuki as the protagonist Anos in the first season of “The Misfit of Demon King Academy” in December 2021.

Early on, the second season was confirmed by the official Twitter account for the anime TV series on February 24, 2021.
According to the announcement, the second season will similarly be a split-cour anime. To correspond with the broadcasting schedule in Japan, there will be a lengthy gap between the first halves of the season.
