Missing The Other Side Season 2 episode 5’s air date is here. Korean drama fans were as excited to learn everything about the same. Following the recap of the most recent episode, we will discuss when & where you can watch the next episode of Season 2 of Missing: The Other Side.
Just two years after the tragedy in Duon Village, a new mystery has surfaced. Once again, our characters are drawn to several cases of missing people after a mysterious young person appears and raises serious questions about the supernatural.
Thomas Cha, a native of Duon Village, is interviewed & he speaks fondly of our main three characters. Many of Duon Village’s residents may finally be able to rest easy & move on if they can make peace with the ghosts of the town’s missing citizens.
There is a reuniting of the fan-favourite trio. Now that they have a regular life, they worry more about earthly matters than ethereal ones. Jong warns the two dudes to be punctual with the monthly payments of their share of the rent.
Recap Of Missing The Other Side Season 2
Wook’s kindness ultimately wins out & he gives all his money to the mother, who was tricked by the organ harvester. Wook follows up on a tip he got from a young man & goes in search of the con artist. Before he was finally successful, Wook had gained internet fame and the Brave Citizen Award.
Soon after, the young man confronts Wook once again & it isn’t until Jong walks right through him that Wook realizes he’s dead. Wook is taken aback by the realization: why has his ability to perceive ghosts suddenly returned? Despite Wook’s initial scepticism & mistrust, the young man is not a figment of his imagination.
He introduces himself to Wook as Il Young & explains that the driver who knocked over the restaurant crook was hiding an abducted woman in the trunk of his car. Wow, things got serious fast. Pan’s ability to sense ghosts has also returned & the two men set out to figure out why.
However, no matter how often they try, they cannot locate Duon Town. After the kidnapped woman’s body is found, Wook is again predisposed to dismiss Ilyong’s assertions. Yong is also a key source of knowledge. Pan knows the victim of the voice hacking because they are both parents of missing children.
Yong claims to know where her missing daughter is, but her mother is still looking for her. A mountain with a picturesque town in the distance can be seen as Wook & Pan make their way through an empty warehouse on their way to the location Il provided them.
A quick peek with a camera phone confirmed that they were still inside the warehouse. This place, which looks much like Duon Village, was visible to them. Yong stands by with the other two men & they all stare at each other in shock. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, which I hope will be fulfilled in future instalments.
Il claims that he died three years ago, but a quick check of the missing person’s database by Joon reveals no record of him. There is some truth to what Ilyong is saying for the time being, but does he have another motive for approaching Wook?
Joon has experienced more than his fair share of odd occurrences. His coworker claims he called 911 on his own after being knocked out while visiting the house of a missing person, but call logs show otherwise.
Another mystery has yet to be explained. Student Moon’s pleas for the police to look for her missing mom falls on deaf ears because her mother was a bar waitress. Only Joon pays attention to what she says.
