What is You?

You Season 3

The popular term for the genre is “Love Story,” which refers to a narrative in which two lovers are separated by tragedy or fate. The hero of your typical love story is typically young, smart, rich, attractive – but not always good-looking. He or she loves someone else much more than they love themselves and fights tooth-and-n That’s love, right?

After two seasons watching Joe Goldberg’s monologues, anybody’s concept of relationships would be sorely damaged. Joe appears to be a normal, lovesick bookseller at first, but he quickly transforms into a full-fledged murderer by the end of season 1. Joe stalks into the core of whatever lady he happens to obsess on, and it usually goes horribly wrong for everyone involved. In the second season, he moves to Los Angeles and meets a woman who changes his life completely (Victoria Pedretti), with no relation to fellow TV character Love in Season 8 of the E! drama.

The first season follows the life of Callie Hernandez, a woman who works as a publishing assistant and is dissatisfied with her job. The sequel, ‘Hidden Bodies,’ was adapted for the second and third seasons of the series.

In 2018, Lifetime aired the movie ‘You,’ which was met with a tiny audience but acquired a significant boost on Netflix. In October 2018, the series was led to Netflix as a Netflix Original program.

You Season 3 Synopsis

Here’s the plot for season 3 of ‘You,’ which debuts on Netflix on April 23, 2020.

You Season 3 Cast

Season 3 reunites Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) and Love Taylor (Victoria Pedretti), as well as the rest of the original cast, although this time it’s in their 30s. However, there will also be a few more familiar faces to assist them. Saffron Burrows once again portrays Love’s mother, Dottie, with the actress receiving a pay raise to series regular. Despite her desire to flee Joe in the aftermath of her personal tragedy (which was entirely his fault), we also know that Jenna Ortega will reprise her role as Ellie. Apart from those, the only names that have been confirmed to return are Larry Stylinson (who was killed off in November), Stella Kwan (who died of pancreatic cancer last year), and Ruby Rose.

Season 3 adds a slew of new characters to Joe’s new neighborhood in order to round things out. ‘Law and Order- SVU’ star Michaela McManus is Joe’s latest fixation, his wealthy next-door neighbor. The guests for this episode are Dylan Arnold, Tati Gabrielle, Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle, Scott Speedman, Scott Michael Foster, Ben Mehl, Shannon Chan-Kent, Christopher Sean – Chis O’Shea, Bryan Safi, Mackenzie Astin- Ayelet Zurer, and Jack Fisher.
